2010 NCBIA PRESIDENT, JACK KOUSMA
I am Jack Kousma, president and owner of Kousma Builders. It is again my privilege to serve as president of the North Coast BIA for 2010. We have a great leadership team in place and I invite you to join a committee or council and grow your business through your involvement in the association.

NORTH COAST BIA 2010 GOALS...
        *Retain membership totals and increase member involvement
      *Increase non-dues revenue sources for the Association
        *Help members navigate through the currently challenging housing market

OUR MISSION STATEMENT

The North Coast BIA is a not-for-profit trade association of professionals affiliated with the Ohio Home Builders Association (OHBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

The North Coast Building Industry Association is dedicated to the advancement of the building industry, its members, and the communities it serves.

The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) is a federation of more than 800 state and local associations throughout the U.S.

The mission of this Washington, D.C. based trade association is to enhance the climate for housing and the building industry and to promote policies that wil keep housing a national priority. Chief among NAHB’s goals is to provide and expand opportunities for all consumers to have safe, decent, affordable housing.
