Northeast Ohio Green Building Initiative
The North Coast BIA, HBA of Greater Cleveland, Medina County HBA and HBA serving Portage and Summit Counties present a voluntary residential green building program called the Northeast Ohio Green Building Initiative. The program, is based on NAHB’s Model Green Home Building Guidelines, and is designed to offer builders information on products and building practices to help build homes to meet their buyers’ diverse needs.   Visit www.NEOGBI.org for an application and more information.
